I’m a newborn photographer and a busy mother of five when I'm not shooting. :) My favourite thing is the time with my family (though sometimes it may be quite loud). I love life, choose organic whenever possible, and celebrate new lives in a beautiful way!
My love for babies brought me into photography.
I've been trained in various photography techniques and what’s most important - newborn photography posing and safety.
I've been doing newborn photography since the beginning of 2016. I won my first photo award in 2018. Seven years in a row (2018-2024) Anna Alexander Photography has been selected as one of the Top Three Vancouver Babies and Family Photographers by ThreeBestRated.
In 2021 we've been included in the 12 Best Family Photographers in Vancouver by Peerspace.
Numerous kind words from clients inspire me to create these beautiful and meaningful portraits. And I love it with my whole heart!
My passion is capturing the connection, the emotion, and the love. My style is soulful, natural, and warm.
The dearest thing to me is to walk through the amazing stages of life with my clients: from belly to baby, from maternity photoshoots to newborn ones. Meeting my maternity clients for their newborn photography is almost like meeting old friends.
I'm available for studio newborn photography at my home studio, for newborn photo sessions at clients' homes, and for maternity photo sessions at the studio and outdoors.

Our newborn photography studio in West Vancouver is equipped with a baby's safety and comfort in mind.
A warm and clean designated area with a rest zone for parents, high-quality newborn props, and professional lighting.
The session fee is included in the package. No additional photo session fee is added to the package cost.
Pre-consultation is done via phone or email. The session is always styled with your preferences taken into account.
A newborn preparation session guide is sent beforehand so that you won't need to worry about what to take or what to wear.
The proofing gallery is sent to you within two days. The final gallery is sent within three weeks.
Albums and wall art are optional and are available upon request. More information about albums here and here.
